I'm sick...
Sick that I have to leave this sweet little boy for even a night.
Sick that I won't get to squeeze him whenever I want.
Sick that I'll miss his laugh, smiles, kisses, tackles....

We Leave for Hawaii tomorrow morning and I'm already on the verge of tears.My sweet mother in law is here to watch him for the week. I know he is in great hands, I am only worried about myself and how I am going to handle being away from him.

oh Nat, good luck!! That is sooo hard. I have yet to leave liv since she was tiny! It is so hard.
Well, I'm sick.... sick that I'm not going to Hawaii!! I hear ya though, it's so hard to leave your babies. The one nice thing about it is that usually when you are so sad to leave vacation and go back to the real world, you're actually excited to leave and get to go home to your baby. The last trip JD and I took, Avery was a baby and seriously the plane couldn't go fast enough I could not wait to get home and see my kids! Have fun Nat, take lots of pics for me so I can live through you!! ;)
the cutest freakin picture of maddix ever. we will have so much fun in hawaii you will hardly miss him. just bring an extra silky of his to sleep with ;) thats what i do when i leave my kids
I agree with Amy itll be worth it but it will still be hard. But youll have a blast and so will he.
I COMPLETELY understand what you are saying. We left Kingston a few different times. Three or four times for a couple nights in Vegas, 5 days for a cruise, and a week for Puerto Rico. That is a lot and every single time, I got really sad right before. BUT you will be so happy and have so much fun while you are there!
That would be so hard. You will have so much fun in Hawaii though. Give Maddix kisses for me!

It is so hard to leave little munchkins behind...but i love the feeling when i return to them again, its like seeing them for the first time. I appreciate them so much more and i think they feel the same way.

I KNOW it was hard to leave your little guy! But what a special & wonderful time I'm having playing peek-a-boo and snuggling and listening to Maddix giggle and laugh! It's fun for Maddix and Oma to get a chance to get to know each other and be buddies. Thanks for inviting me to come...his face totally lights up when he hears Mommy & Daddy's voices. We're having a great time - but I know he'll be soooo happy to have Mommy & Daddy home.
Oh my goodness, I know why you feel sick about it. Just one look at that picture and he mealts your heart! So cute!!!
