Twenty Eight

Today is Eric's 28th Birthday!

We had a pretty low key day, but it was very nice.

Eric said all he wanted for his birthday was to spend the day with Maddix...

he definitely got his birthday wish!

You're So Funny!

Maddix has really started to laugh.
It is seriously the cutest thing we have ever seen. It melts our hearts each time.
This morning we got a really good laugh out of him for about 3 minutes, so we tried to get him to do it again but he wasn't really that into it... but we did get a few pretty good chuckles!

Thanksgiving

This year we went up to Idaho Falls for Thanksgiving.
It was a little crazy this year, we all stayed at my sister's house, and with 3 new additions this year our days were nothing but busy!
We had a great Thanksgiving dinner, played lots of fun games
(Thanks Staci for teaching me Nertz!), and enjoyed all the time with family!

Twilight!!

This has taken me forever to post!
On opening day a group of us went and saw Twilight! It was great, not as good as the book but very good still! We all loved it. I can't wait to see it again and am dying to read all the books again!

Four Years

Today Eric and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary!

These have been the best years of my life and I look forward to many more years together.

Such a Trooper!

Maddix had his 2 month check up today and he is growing so much!
12 pounds 11 ounces (75%)
24 3/4 inches long (95%)
Head circumfrence is 41.1 cm (75%)

He also got 4 shots today, I think I cried more than he did!

Two Months Old

Maddix is 2 months old today! I can't believe how fast time is flying by, it really does just seem like he was born yesterday! He is growing up so much and changing week by week. We have his 2 month appointment next week and I am excited to see how much he has grown.

Maddix Loves:

To smile, he smiles all the time. Especially when Eric or I talk to him.

To sleep, he still sleeps most of the day. A few times he has slept for most of the night (7-8 hours!!) He also still loves to sleep with mommy.

He loves to be bounced, he can tell when Eric or I have sat down or stopped moving, cleaver little guy.

He is starting to coo...not much but it is so adorable.

He loves music, anything that makes music, swing, toys, tv, camera, Eric's phone, Everything! He is starting to enjoy his bath time. He hates getting in and out, but while he is in there he loves it!

He is starting to like his Binky! This has been an amazing thing for me!

He loves to cuddle, I can't get enough of it!

This was how Maddix woke up after sleeping for 8 hours! Such a happy boy!

We both love to hold Maddix and love it even more when he falls asleep on us...
it makes us very sleepy too apparently!
